Gratitude as an Attitude

Have an attitude of gratitude

  1. What are you grateful for this festive season and year ending?
  2. Who has been helpful and caring towards you this year? Thank them
  3. Look at your work colleagues – who has been a friend too, done the extra mile, appreciated you?
  4. Your family are precious – treat them well, treat them today to something personal from you!
  5. Your friends – plan a simple get together to appreciate one another and what you give and get
  6. If you have a roof over your head, food on your table, a job that pays mortgage or rent and the necessities of life are taken care of – you are luckier than some people!
  7. Set your intention to be happy this December and take it into 2019 too!
