“Each day for the rest of January I will present you with a challenge for the day – building up a 30 day task list that can change your life if you work with it and commit to it!  Alongside, some suggestions for how to approach it and plan your progress all year – starting now!

Wed 2nd January: Start a positive, good and helpful NEW HABIT!

  • Try using the attached template to manage your workload this week
  • More than a resolution that falls by the wayside, decide on a new lifestyle – outlook, learning, listening more, healthy eating and exercise, or being more open & trusting new opportunities!
