You may have heard about the Queen and Prince Philip’s celebrations for their 70th wedding anniversary, culminating in a private party at Winsor Castle.
The evening’s entertainment was provided by none other than Dillie Keane with Michael Roulston on piano.
Dillie and Michael delighted Millgate audiences earlier this month with their witty and saucy songs. Michael made a second appearance this month at the Millgate when he played piano for the unforgettable Piaf concert by Christine Bovill.

Joanna Lumley was Master of Ceremonies at the party for the Royal Family.

It has been reported that guests dined on langoustine and pheasant with a replica of the happy couple’s wedding cake for pudding. After the show at the Millgate , Saddleworth Live can reveal that Dillie and Michael were treated to a bit of scotch egg and some left over cheese from Moonlight and Magnolias.
