Please tell us a little about yourself Karen:
I’m Karen Austin founder of Topaz Fitness Academy and a Woman’s Hormonal Expert. I have helped hundreds of women to help kick start their health, metabolism and hormone re-balance.
After being within the health and fitness industry for 20 years and having taught every faddy fitness trend going, I now know what works and what actually is just a waste of time to which I help spread within the national press.
Why Trapeze Yoga?
With a new decade approaching I decided I wanted to bring something fun, fresh and exciting to women within our communities.
Everyone always thinks health and fitness is all about lifting weights or pounding a treadmill in the gym, but it’s not!
There are 3 other components to consider too, which are equally as important which are Core Strength, Balance & Flexibilty.
Please tell us about Yoga Trapeze
This is where the Yoga Trapeze comes in as not only does the trapeze cover all 5 components of fitness in one but you’ll find it really enhances your performance in other areas of your life too whether that’s relief from muscle/back pain or tension or if you want to improve in other areas of your training eg weight lifting, running, dance sports etc…
After leaving I promise you will feel fully worked out, less stressed and at least a foot taller.
