Some people have written to ask why this story didn’t appear on the website earlier. The reason is that I’m currently away on holiday, and am only able to update the site now and again. Other stories which have been appearing were written by me in advance, and I set them up to be published in the future so the site would continue to update with new articles while I was away. I hope that explains the situation.
That’s interesting, there’s been a lot of visible Tory activity elsewhere in the constituency, including canvassers, posters and leaflets. They certainly appear to have put more resources into Colne Valley than Labour, although I know the Lib Dems have made a big effort too.
Yes, the one in Marsden is in a good place too, in the centre of the village near the river. Well worth stopping in for an ice cream if you ever find yourself there. I often take the little one in to feed her if I’ve been driving around to get her to sleep!
Hi Jake, you’ve seen a different fire, the one on Rishworth Moor which broke out earlier today. With the two fires from this article, and the one on Marsden Moor last week, there have now been four in our area this week.
Hi Michael, thanks for the comment. Are you sure you downloaded the whole file? It is quite long and large in size (about 20 minutes in length and nearly 200MB), I wonder if it’s possible your computer cut off the download without you realising? If you try again, and the same problem occurs, get back to me and I’ll see if I can do something at my end. Richard.

Oops sorry about that, link sorted now!

Hi, as I understand it the council officer with responsibility for the work is Richard Vink, so he will know more. His number is 0161 770 4086.

That’s great. Would you be available for an interview?
