The Saddleworth Morris Men have been in action today around Uppermill, Dobcross and Greenfield performing their popular traditional dances for this time of the year.
The Good Friday services start in Uppermill centre then a silent procession of churchgoers makes its way to the Museum car park followed by the Morris men. The Saddleworth Morris Men have a very unique style not used by other Morris men in other parts of the country, they also wear traditional Lancashire clogs.
