Start your sleeping habits off well for the year. Jot down the things going round and round in your head for tomorrow, next week, later in the year before you go to bed – not just before, about half to an hour before at least.
Let them go.
You can’t do them now, they are future-paced so teach yourself new positive habits – teach your mind that you are in control this year! Switch the thoughts off when they are down on paper (journal, regular list pad, post it notes to toss away when done! Smile. Relax. Enjoy. Listen to music, whale songs, water and nature sounds, or Yoga and Reiki apps or CDs!
