The Christmas Dobcross Diary
The Christmas edition of the Dobcross Diary is finished, and is being delivered through letterboxes across the village. As always there’s a great mix of local news, features and a handy what’s on guide for all the events in Dobcross over the festive season.
There’s also a worrying story on the front page, with the news that The Swan pub in the centre of the village is facing closure in the new year. One of the village’s other pubs, the old Woolpack, is already empty, and it would be another blow for Dobcross if the doors of The Swan shut too. Read the Diary for the full story, or if you’re outside Dobcross, you can check it online here.
You can also follow the Dobcross Diary on Twitter here.
The Diary is produced each month by editor Michael Powis and his team of volunteers, so it’s well worth supporting both them and their advertisers if you can!
