The Easter Bunny is Social Distancing

“Today the Easter bunny was out in our lovely little village in Diggle,

We had a colouring competition organised and the winners would get an Easter Bunny visit with some chocolate treats. All with social distancing.

The left over lollies have been donated to the NHS (a local lady in Diggle who works as a nurse in end of life care).

A lady in the village made lots of chocolate lollies, another lady offered to be dressed up as a bunny.

This all came from the corona heroes Diggle group we started a few weeks ago. We have been helping various people in the village and everyone seems to pull together. It’s been amazing to see the all the smiles on peoples faces.”
