Bassist Snaps Snowy Scene

Here’s a picture of a snowy Saddleworth Moor taken by Rick Lees, the bass player with Oldham band Twisted Wheel. The band are currently on tour and Rick took this snap while travelling on the A635 between Greenfield and Holmfirth today. He posted it on his Twitter page with the message: “It looks like the Arctic Circle on the Saddleworth hills!” The band’s tour continues in Sheffield tonight, and they’re in Manchester a week today for a show at Peter Hook’s new FAC251 club.

And if you fancy hearing the band in action, follow this link to check out Lucy The Castle, one of the best tracks from their self-titled debut album which came out last year.
