Bones Found At Friezland Thought To Be Animal

Police were called to Friezland this afternoon after some bones were discovered near the railway line. It’s not thought they were human.

The bones were found by a man out walking his dog at about 2pm. He said he guessed the bones probably belonged to an animal, but called British Transport Police so they could investigate.

When contacted by Saddleworth News, BTP officials weren’t able to add any more information, so it seems there’s nothing suspicious about the discovery.
