Cameron Takes Questions In Holmfirth

David Cameron was in Holmfirth last night to take questions from local residents. The Conservative leader appeared for an hour at Holmfirth High School, and crime, transport and rural services all featured prominently during the discussion.

Mr Cameron was introduced by the Tory candidate for the Colne Valley constituency, Jason McCartney. Currently held by retiring Labour MP Kali Mountford, Colne Valley is one of the Conservatives’ key targets in the forthcoming general election. It’s a seat the party will almost certainly have to win if Mr Cameron is going to become Prime Minister.
