New Politics Blog For Oldham
A new blog covering politics in Oldham has gone live. Oldham Oracle is written anonymously, and has the tagline “many opinions… one blog,” which is a spoof of a series of similar slogans used by Oldham Council.
The first article on Oldham Oracle is about Failsworth Conservatives getting their leaflets printed in Swansea. You can read it here. The style of the post suggests the site is aiming to carry the mixture of stories and political gossip made popular by the Guido Fawkes blog, and more locally by Tameside Eye, which you can read here.
