Have you seen 73-year-old Vincent Evans from Oldham?
Vincent was last seen today around 10.15am at a care home on Oldham Road in Shaw.
He is white, of a medium build, around 5ft 10in, with fairly dark but greying hair, which he wears combed to one side.
It is believed he is wearing a black jacket and blue jeans with trainers.
Anyone who knows where Vincent is or has seen him is asked to contact police as a matter of urgency.
Police Sergeant Howard Barker of GMP’s Oldham Borough, said: “It’s been a number of hours since anyone has seen Vincent and the longer no-one has heard from him, the more worried we are for his wellbeing.
“Vincent has dementia and may appear confused or not know where he is or that he is missing.
“It’s so important that anyone who sees him or knows where he is gets in contact so we can make sure he’s returned safely to the care home and his family and friends know he is okay.”
