I am really enjoying meeting lots of new people and I feel that the support I am giving to older people in their own home is making a positive difference to their lives. The hours are flexible and I am able to work around my home life. Caremark is a great company to work for: they have great values and are very supportive if I have any problems or concerns.’

I am particularly impressed with the way that Caremark actively encourage me to make sure that the children I work with, can make their own informed decisions about the activities that they want to do so that I can support them to develop confidence out in the community.’
