More Rain Around This Week

The weather’s showing little sign of improvement, with another few days of overcast and wet conditions forecast.

Today will be largely dry, although there’s a good chance of showers appearing, with those likely to become more regular as the day goes on. Highs of 18C.

The wind should pick up a bit during the night and into Tuesday, which will be showery once again with top temperatures also at or around 18C.

The showers may become less frequent on Wednesday and Thursday, but it still won’t be particularly pleasant.

You can get a fuller forecast from the Met Office here.

Been raining the last 30 mins at least(8-8.30) More great forecasting from the useless MET whose monitoring station for Oldham and in fact Manchester is in WOODFORD! TWENTY miles away in low lying Cheshire. How is that even remotely likely to be accurate for the pennines. i.e IT ISN’T.
