Oldham Council is reminding residents there’s only one week left to enter the Bloom and Grow 2017 competitions.

There’s six competitions to enter: photography, private garden, young photographer, blooming business, blooming pub or blooming restaurant.

They are looking for the best photos of Oldham and the best looking gardens, businesses, pubs or restaurants – there’s a prize to be won for the winners of each category.

The deadline to enter all the competitions is midnight Friday 7 July.

Shortlisted photos from the photography competition will be uploaded to their Facebook channel and residents can choose the winner by voting for their favourite on Monday 10 July by visiting www.facebook.com/loveoldham

Entries from other categories will be judged and the winner will be revealed and contacted on Monday 10 July.
