Remaining Generally Fine And Dry

A boat makes its way along the Huddersfield Narrow Canal near Dobcross this week.

It’s been a fine week for boating among other pastimes, and the good news is that the dry and bright weather is expected to continue into the weekend.

There’s a chance of some rain around later today, but it should be mostly warm with sunny spells and highs of 20C.

Tomorrow should be a bit better, but the best of the sunshine is likely to be reserved for Saturday and Sunday, with temperatures expected to hit 22C by the close of the weekend.

You can get a fuller forecast from the Met Office here.
