Rescue Drama On A635
There was a dramatic incident on the A635 over the weekend, as emergency services and passers-by helped save the life of a man trapped in a peat bog following a road crash. The accident on the Greenfield to Holmfirth road happened on Saturday afternoon, and rescuers were able to free the man before he sank too far into the bog.
