As ever the standard of entries was very high and the judges’ decision had not been easy. The Vice Chairman commented on the number of properties and businesses which had not entered the competition but which had gone to great lengths with their Christmas displays. She said “Had everyone entered, we would have had a fantastic competition, although it would probably have taken us a whole week to get round them all and even longer to reach a decision on the winners!”
Saddleworth Parish Council would like to thank all those who took part in the competition and wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
