The Mammoths are coming back!
Things are really coming together at the Marvellous Mossley HQ in readiness for the International Mammoth Convention, coming to the George Lawton Hall on Sunday October 7th (11am-3pm).
The mammoths will converge at the event on Sunday October 7th to meet a vast array of Mossley Community groups and find out about all the activities and events that Mossley folk provide on a voluntary basis every week.
Pupils at all five of Mossley’s primary schools will receive a passport to help them search out the mammoths and there will passports available at the following locations: Mossley Community Centre, both Mossley Post Offices, Emmaus and the Light House shop.
The mammoths are here as part of an annual project coordinated by Rachel and Ann at Marvellous Mossley and funded by the National Lottery Awards for All programme supports great project ideas that bring more people together and build strong relationships in and across communities.
