Tree Planting In Mossley Park
The Friends of Mossley Park will be planting trees and flowers in the top park this Sunday morning. They’ll be joined by the 2nd Mossley Brownies to plant 30 native treees, provided by The Woodland Trust.
There are also 3,000 snowdrops which need planting. The Friends are keen for all the help they can get, so anyone is welcome to go along and lend a hand.
They’ll be meeting at 10am this coming Sunday at the Old Brow entrance to the top park. The Friends say they can provide gloves and some tools, but if you have a spade or trowel please bring it with you.
