A Brighter Week Ahead

A family of ducks by the Huddersfield Narrow Canal near Uppermill on Sunday.

The generally miserable weather of the past week finally changed for the better on Sunday evening. All a little late for the Yanks weekend sadly, but the good news is we should be in for more sunny spells in between the odd shower this week.

Today will be mostly dry and bright, although there’s a stronger likelihood of showers as the day goes on. Top temperatues should be about 20C.

Tuesday’s likely to be the wettest day of the week, before the dry and sunny weather returns on Wednesday and Thursday, along with pleasant highs of 21C.

You can get a fuller forecast at the Met Office website here.
