Appeal For Whit Friday Photos

Local photographers are being encouraged to upload their pictures from Whit Friday. A group’s been set up on the photography website Flickr in the hope that as many images as possible can be collected in the same place.
The group is the idea of Steven Maxson, who realised last weekend that there wasn’t an online home for Whit Friday photos. He says anyone is welcome to become a member of the group, and that any images of Whit Friday, including historical ones, can be uploaded.
