Attempted Break-In At Derelict Saddleworth Farm

Two men were allegedly disturbed during an apparent break-in at Upper House Farm in Delph on Friday.

According to Greater Manchester Police, a 21-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of the intrusion of closed property. He was found in the loft of a derelict building. The other suspect fled the scene into a nearby valley.

The man who was arrested is due in court on 12 March.
