Off The Rails Christmas Special

Saddleworth’s monthly comedy night Off The Rails returns this Monday for another evening of laughs at The Royal George in Greenfield. The show takes place on Monday rather than the usual Sunday because of Christmas.

On the bill this month is an adopted Oldhamer, Tony Burgess. Perhaps best known for his role alongside Johnny Vegas in Ideal, he’s been a regular at Off The Rails over the years and has a strong live following.

Also appearing will be Matt Kirshen. From London, he recently made the final seven of NBC’s Last Comic Standing contest, so is much better known in the US than over here. He’s also a Cambridge maths graduate, so should be well worth checking out.

As usual, Mick Ferry will be the compere. The show begins at 8pm prompt, with doors opening at 7:30pm. Tickets are available on the door for the normal price of £7, with concessions £5.
