Staying Chilly

The cooler weather of the last couple of days is going to stay with us throughout the week, which means it’ll be a cold welcome to our area for folks arriving to help the candidates in the forthcoming by-election!

It’s been a miserable start to today with plenty of rain around. Although this should clear up later, it’ll remain overcast with temperatures struggling to get above 6C.

There’s more of the same tomorrow, with cloudy conditions and showers, along with a strong breeze. It’ll probably feel cooler than the official high of 7C.

Wednesday is forecast to be much brighter, but the clear skies will lead to low temperatures on Wednesday night as we get down to freezing once again.

Thursday should be more like today and tomorrow, with cloud and showers returning, and highs of 9C.
