Tagging, bagging and being angels

Dovestone W.I.🕊 has spent a busy day ironing, tagging and bagging 300 fabric face masks, and are now ready to restock, should any of our lovely stockists need a top up! 😷😉
After last week’s count up, our Shopping bees🐝 are all ready to go and spend another £1,000 on food this week, to be divided between two foodbanks – Sandwich Angels in Hyde and Impact Community Church in Oldham.

In another dept. of the Dovestone W.I. hive, our clever knitting bees 🐝🧶have been knitting rainbow elephants for Milly’s Smiles. These little cuties are given out with comfort bags to children’s cancer wards across the North West. They were delivered to Steve Hill Team Hill Charitable Trust Chairman, for the next part of their journey ❤️🐘🌈🐘❤️

And finally Dovestone W.I. were very humbled to receive a very generous donation from Molnlycke UK. This will enable us to continue the help and support we’ve given the wider community throughout these very difficult times. Thank you so much from all of us at Dovestone W.I. 🕊🙏🏻 xx
